PAYMENT CONDITIONS
50% to reserve
50% one month before arrive date
Passport copy required
Semana Santa, Pascua, Christmas and New year season full deposit is required one month before.
Cancelations by client the deposit is not returned.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A 500 USD damage deposit is required when you check in and that will be returned at check out previos revision of the apartment.
WARNINGS
Pets not allowed.
Spring breakers and groups withouth adults (24+) not allowed.
